Administration Structure
The Board of Directors consists of the following: President, President-Elect, Past President, Executive Director, Treasurer, Secretary, Regional Directors (4), Members-at-Large(10), and Students-at-Large (4).
The Board of Directors shall exercise powers of the National Convention in the interim between Conventions, subject to such restrictions as may be imposed by any Convention in compliance with the constitution and by-laws.
Kappa Eta Pi is currently operating under the Transition Plan.
TRANSITION PLAN
During the initial period of colonization, the Executive Committee will serve as the National Council of Kappa Eta Pi and will review all applications to shelter a Kappa Eta Pi Chapter (see Transition Plan.pdf) for Kappa Eta Pi Leadership & Honour Society.
